2. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for the proper use and placement of the skip. Adhering to these responsibilities ensures safety and compliance with local regulations.

Location: Ensure the skip is placed on stable, level ground with sufficient space for delivery and collection.
Permits: If required, obtain necessary permits from local authorities for placing the skip on public property.
Weight Limits: Do not exceed the maximum weight limit specified for your skip. Overloading may result in additional charges.

3. Service Provider Responsibilities

4. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, certain items are not permitted in our skips. The following items are strictly prohibited:

Chemicals and hazardous waste
Electrical appliances with refrigeration units
Vehicles, large machinery, and tires
Medical waste and controlled substances

5. Health and Safety

The health and safety of our customers and employees are paramount. To maintain a safe environment:

Only appropriate waste should be placed in the skip.
Heavy items must be secured to prevent shifting during transport.

6. Liability

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a cancellation fee.
